Peer Review Process
LIGHT International Journal follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure objectivity and academic rigor.

Initial Screening
Submitted manuscripts undergo an initial assessment by the editorial board to check for alignment with the journal's scope, formatting, and compliance with basic ethical standards. -
Review Assignment
Papers passing the initial screening are assigned to two anonymous reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the process. -
Review Criteria
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on relevance, originality, clarity, methodological rigor, contribution to knowledge, and adherence to ethical standards. -
Review Outcomes
Reviewers recommend one of the following: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. Authors receive constructive feedback to guide revisions. -
Decision and Communication
Final decisions are made by the editor-in-chief based on reviewers' recommendations. Authors are notified of the outcome via email within 4–6 weeks of submission. -
Revision Process
Authors must revise their manuscript based on the reviewers’ comments and submit a response letter outlining the changes made.
