LIGHT International Journal is committed to promoting equitable access to scholarly publishing. To support open access and high-quality publication processes, the journal currently applies the following author fee policy:

1. Submission Fee
   There is no submission fee. Authors are not required to pay any fee at the time of submitting their manuscript.

2. Article Processing Charge (APC)
   At present, the journal does not charge any article processing fee (APC). All accepted articles are published free of charge as part of the journal’s commitment to open access and knowledge dissemination without financial barriers.

3. Waiver Policy (if fees apply in the future)
   If APCs are introduced in the future, LIGHT International Journal will provide full or partial waivers for authors from developing countries, students, or those without institutional funding. The waiver request must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission and will not affect the editorial or peer review process.

4. Additional Charges
   There are no additional charges for color figures, data publication, or supplementary material.

The journal encourages high-quality submissions regardless of the author’s ability to pay. All accepted articles are evaluated purely on the basis of academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
