Author Guidelines

Presisi: Journal of Community Service accepts articles reporting innovative, applicable, impactful, and sustainable community service activities. Authors are required to follow these guidelines:

  1. Type of Manuscript

Articles must be the result of community service activities such as assistance, training, implementation of appropriate technology, economic empowerment, health, environment, culture, or other relevant fields.

Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review by any other journal.

  1. Article Structure

Articles should be written in proper Indonesian and follow this structure:

  • Title
    Concise, clear, reflecting the article content, with a maximum of 15 words.

  • Author Name and Affiliation
    Include full name, institutional affiliation, and corresponding email address.

  • Abstract
    Written in both Indonesian and English, 150–250 words in length.
    Should contain objectives, methods, results, and impact of the activity.
    Include 3–5 keywords.

  • Introduction
    Explains background, objectives, urgency, and relevant literature review.

  • Implementation Method
    Details the location, target group, activity stages, and methods used.

  • Results and Discussion
    Presents activity results, analysis, and impact on the community.

  • Conclusion and Recommendations
    Summarizes main findings and provides suggestions for follow-up actions.

  • Acknowledgments (if any)

  • References
    Written according to the 7th edition of APA Style and only includes sources cited in the article.

  1. Writing Format

Articles must be submitted in Microsoft Word format, 10–15 pages in length.

Use Times New Roman, 12 pt font, 1.5 line spacing, on A4 paper.

Margins: 3 cm (left & top), 2.5 cm (right & bottom).

Use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote for citations and references.

  1. Other Requirements

Each manuscript will undergo peer review by reviewers.

Authors are responsible for the originality of the manuscript, data validity, and adherence to publication ethics.

Accepted articles will be subject to publication fees (APC) according to the journal’s policy.
