Abstract

Indonesia is a country that adheres to a free democratic system and has individual rights, one of which is the right to associate and assemble, express thoughts verbally and in writing, and so on, which are stipulated by law. To uphold anti-radicalism in the scope of work, there are company regulations which aim to limit employee behavior by maintaining professionalism, especially in participating in other activities such as joining political parties. The aim of this research is to analyze Kopi Dari Hati company regulations regarding employee participation in political parties regarding professionalism regarding organizational dynamics, work relationships and employee loyalty to the company. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and literature studies to gather information from informants. Kopi Dari Hati does not have a specific prohibition to limit its employees from joining political parties on condition that the employees must continue to work professionally. In this case, the regulation is intended to limit employee behavior within the scope of work in order to maintain good group dynamics, ensure safe and comfortable working relationships, as well as employee loyalty to the company. The results of this research are that the regulations owned by Kopi Dari Hati do not limit employees from joining political parties, but these regulations remain a control so that employees can have a professional spirit, have good working relationships, thereby causing positive organizational dynamics, and increasing employee loyalty to serve the company because it does not limit democratic rights. Company regulations have an important role in maintaining company dynamics so that they can achieve optimal and maximum results
