Screening for Plagiarism Policy
ESSHIC International Conference Proceedings is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring the originality of all published papers.
All submitted papers are subject to plagiarism and similarity screening before publication. The Editorial Team uses similarity detection tools to identify potential plagiarism, duplicate publication, and inappropriate reuse of previously published material.
Similarity reports are evaluated carefully by the Editorial Team. A similarity score alone does not automatically indicate plagiarism, as legitimate quotations, references, and commonly used academic terminology may contribute to the similarity score.
Papers found to contain substantial plagiarism or other forms of academic misconduct may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected from publication.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their papers are original, properly cited, and comply with accepted standards of academic integrity.
