ESSHIC International Conference Proceedings is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity, originality, transparency, and responsible scholarly communication.

Authors

Authors must submit original work that has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their work, proper citation of sources, disclosure of conflicts of interest, and obtaining permission for copyrighted materials when required.

Editors

Editors are responsible for ensuring a fair, transparent, and objective editorial process. Editorial decisions are based on the academic quality, originality, relevance, and ethical standards of submitted papers.

Reviewers

Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively, maintain confidentiality, and disclose any potential conflict of interest. Reviewers should provide constructive and academically justified recommendations.

Plagiarism and Academic Misconduct

All submissions may be screened for plagiarism and inappropriate similarity. Plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabrication, falsification, and other forms of academic misconduct are not tolerated.

When academic misconduct is identified, the Editorial Team may take appropriate action, including requesting clarification or revision, rejecting the submission, or taking corrective action after publication.
