Peer Review Process

ESSHIC International Conference Proceedings applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, relevance, and academic integrity of submitted papers.

All submitted papers are first screened by the Editorial Team to assess their relevance to the conference scope, originality, and compliance with submission requirements. Papers that meet the initial requirements are assigned to qualified reviewers with relevant expertise.

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, clarity, methodology, quality of results and discussion, academic contribution, and relevance to the conference scope. Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, and confidential evaluations.

Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editorial Team makes the final decision. Papers may be accepted, accepted with revisions, or rejected. Revised papers may be reviewed again when necessary.
